| This programme is accredited by the Association of Business Practitioners (ABP) at an NQF Level 7, has been developed in line with the QCF guidance and regulations applicable to qualifications accredited by Ofqual, the government regulator of qualifications and asseements. Designed for graduates or experienced managers in order to further develop their career in management. The course contains a wide variety of modern day issues; developing the critical, analytical and technical skills of learners. In addition to the designated criteria of learning, learners are required to devote significant time to private study to enhance their academic understanding of the postgraduate study. |

| Entry requirement |
| |
For ABP postgraduate level programmes, we recommend that learners possess a UK level 6 qualification (or local equivalent). Examples of level 6 qualifications include Bachelors (Hons) degrees and ABE Advanced Diplomas. For qualifications delivered and assessed in English, learners whose first language is not English should possess IELTS level 6 (or equivalent) before starting the programme

| University Exemption and Progression Routes |

| Successful candidates will obtain ABP PgD BM which is acceptable by the University with 90 credits and students can apply for MBA (Top Up) at selective Universities. Please view the list of Universities at www.abp.org.uk. Students must fulfil the University entry criteria to be able to gain successful entry for the Top Up. |

| All modules are delivered through a combination of lectures, supervised tutorials, project work, assignments and periodic tests. Each module requires 45 hours of classroom teaching. |

| The Level 6 Diploma has such standing that several universities accept it for direct entry to the final year of a degree course and in some instances a candidate with the relevant work background may, subject to the rules of the university, gain direct entry to MBA programme. |
