To enter the Postgraduate course, Students must have minimum
one of the following: |

A first degree in Health & Social Care, Nursing or business
related subjects from a recognized university or institution. |

Degree in nursing from a recognized university or
Institution. |
| |

A recognized equivalent professional qualification. |
| |
|
HND plus minimum 2 years managerial experience |

Students with a first degree, but not in a business domain,
must have at least three years management experience. |

English Language Requirements |

| |
|
Applicants must also satisfy at least one of following
requirements for English proficiency: |

The medium of
instruction of applicant’s tertiary studies was in English; |
| |
|
A score of 625 or more in TOEFL. |
| |
|
A score 6 or better on the IELTS; |
| |
|
“A” credit or better in English in the GCE “O” or “A”
levels or equivalent; or
Any other evidence of proficiency in English acceptable to
the Institute Registrar. |

Masters Pathway |
| |
Students which successfully complete the Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership & Management in the Health & Social Care Sector (NQF Level 7) can go on to complete the final, 120 credit stage of a MBA in Executive Leadership & Management at University of Worcester . |
